We offer refund for the following cases:

  • you have changed a decision about the current purchase;
  • your purchase was made by mistake;
  • you don’t have enough expertise to use the Items made available.
  • psd (photoshop) file is not working (but we are pretty sure all psd’s will work fine).

Our payment process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
